Our returns policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We do not entertain any returns only exchanges can be made.
- All Naari Chique products have a 7-Day Exchange Policy.
- Any item can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for a different size.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was delivered and must also be in the original packaging.
- The original invoice as shipped with the initial order must be sent back in original packaging.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on customized, sale items or gift card.
- If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pickup charges are to bear by the customer that is Rs 250.
Damages
- Naari Chique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping or transit by our courier partners. If you receive your product damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file the claim.
- Kindly ensure that all the packaging material and damaged goods are saved before filing a claim.
- Any wrong product/size received disputes need to be addressed within 24 hours with the proof.
- In case you have received a faulty product, we will definitely replace it.
